Terms and Conditions — 777pkr User Agreement

To register and use 777pkr, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 777pkr does not permit gambling by minors under any circumstances. Any account found to have been opened by, or on behalf of, a person under 18 will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited by the laws applicable to you personally. It is your responsibility to confirm your local legal position.
• You must be a real, individual person acting on your own behalf — not a company, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must not be a current employee of 777pkr or a close family member of such an employee.
• You must not have previously been self-excluded or had an account closed by 777pkr for a breach of these Terms.

2.1 One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold one account on 777pkr. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different phone numbers, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. If 777pkr discovers that a player holds more than one account, all accounts will be closed and any balances or pending withdrawals may be voided.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

When registering on 777pkr, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other details requested. Providing false information during registration — including a false date of birth to circumvent the 18+ requirement — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

2.3 Account Security

Your 777pkr account login credentials are your responsibility. You must keep your password confidential and not share it with anyone. 777pkr will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect your account has been accessed by a third party, contact support immediately at support@777pkr.im.

2.4 Account Ownership

Your 777pkr account is personal to you and is non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or allow another person to use your account. Bets and transactions placed on your account are your responsibility regardless of who placed them if you allowed access to your credentials.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

777pkr accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion applies.

3.2 Minimum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though 777pkr reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to large deposits. Maximum single withdrawal limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of withdrawal.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within 5–15 minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfers via IBFT may take up to 2 business days depending on the receiving bank. 777pkr does not impose processing fees on standard withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

3.4 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before 777pkr processes any withdrawal request.
• Players must have wagered at least the equivalent of one deposit before making a withdrawal. This condition prevents fraudulent use of the payment infrastructure.
• 777pkr reserves the right to delay a withdrawal pending additional verification checks where fraud is suspected.

4.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits offered by 777pkr are subject to specific terms that are displayed on the Promotions page and communicated at the time of the offer. Players are responsible for reading those specific terms before claiming any bonus.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, and time limit will be specified in each individual promotion's terms. Using bonus funds on games with a low contribution rate (typically live dealer games) may extend the time required to meet the requirement.

4.3 Bonus Eligibility

Each bonus at 777pkr is available to one account per household, per device, and per IP address. Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless the wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. 777pkr reserves the right to cancel a bonus at any time if the player's conduct suggests misuse or abuse.

4.4 Bonus Abuse

777pkr actively monitors patterns of play for bonus abuse. Activities that constitute abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing bets that mathematically guarantee a positive expected value from the bonus, and withdrawing before meeting wagering requirements by exploiting deposit reversal mechanics. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses will have their bonus balance and any associated winnings removed and may be permanently closed.

5.1 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

The minimum bet on sports markets at 777pkr is Rs 50 per selection. The minimum wager on casino games varies by title and is displayed within each game interface. Maximum stake limits apply to individual markets and are published on the relevant betting page. 777pkr reserves the right to adjust maximum limits for individual accounts at its discretion.

5.2 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant event as confirmed by the recognised governing body. 777pkr will not be held responsible for errors in official result reporting by third parties. In the event of a dispute, the decision of 777pkr's trading team is final.

5.3 Voided Bets

A bet may be voided by 777pkr in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or postponed beyond the settlement window; the odds were clearly incorrect due to a pricing error; there is credible evidence of match fixing or corruption; technical failure caused the bet to be accepted at an incorrect price. Voided bets are returned to the player's balance as a stake refund.

5.4 In-Play Betting

In-play markets on 777pkr update continuously during live events. Occasional market suspensions during critical moments (wickets, VAR reviews, weather delays) are standard practice and do not constitute a system error. 777pkr does not guarantee the continuous availability of in-play markets on any particular event.

5.5 Casino and Games

All casino games, crash games, fishing games, and slot titles available on 777pkr use certified random number generators (RNGs) provided by licensed game suppliers. 777pkr does not manipulate game outcomes. Provably fair verification is available on applicable crash game titles.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 777pkr and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform
• Exploiting technical bugs or system errors to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings from exploited bugs will be voided
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional structures
• Using VPN software or proxy services to access 777pkr from a restricted jurisdiction
• Engaging in money laundering through the platform in any form
• Providing false identity information or using another person's payment details
• Making abusive, threatening, or harassing contact with 777pkr's support staff

777pkr is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals and, in some cases, before activating certain account features. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.

7.1 Required Documents

You may be asked to provide one or more of the following: a copy of your Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC) or passport; a screenshot or statement from your Easypaisa or JazzCash account confirming the account is registered in your name; a selfie holding your ID document; proof of address.

7.2 Verification Timelines

777pkr aims to complete standard KYC verification within 24 hours of receiving the required documents. Complex cases may take longer. Withdrawals are held pending completion of verification and will be processed promptly once approval is granted.

7.3 Refusal or Failure to Verify

If a player refuses to provide the requested documents or if the documents provided are found to be fraudulent, 777pkr reserves the right to close the account and retain the balance pending investigation. Refusal to verify does not entitle a player to a refund of deposited funds.

777pkr takes its duty of care to players seriously and provides a range of tools to help players manage their gambling behaviour responsibly. These tools are available from every player's account dashboard.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit. Increases to limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period; reductions take effect immediately.
• Session Limits: Set a maximum amount of time you can spend on the platform in a single session or per day.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily lock your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without needing to contact support.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from 777pkr. Self-exclusion is processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

777pkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any player account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Establishment of duplicate accounts
• At the player's own request (for responsible gaming purposes)
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant

In the case of suspension for suspected fraud or Terms breach, 777pkr will conduct an internal investigation before determining whether the account balance is to be returned or forfeited. Players will be notified of the outcome via the email address or mobile number registered to their account.

9.1 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after 12 months of inactivity. Dormant accounts may be subject to an inactivity fee of Rs 200 per month, deducted from the account balance. Players will be notified by email or SMS before any deduction is made. A dormant account can be reactivated by logging in at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777pkr's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with the use of the platform shall be limited to the amount of funds held in that player's account at the time the claim arises.

777pkr is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, business, or opportunity arising from unavailability of the platform
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to comply with these Terms
• Technical failures caused by the player's own device, internet connection, or third-party software
• Delays in payment processing caused by the player's bank or payment provider
• Events beyond 777pkr's reasonable control, including force majeure events

Nothing in these Terms limits 777pkr's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

777pkr collects and processes personal data in connection with the provision of its services. The full details of what data we collect, why we collect it, how we store it, and your rights in relation to it are set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

By registering on 777pkr, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes the processing of your payment data to facilitate transactions and the processing of your gaming history for responsible gaming monitoring purposes.

777pkr reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to registered players via email or SMS notification at least 7 days before they take effect, except in cases where immediate changes are required by law or to address a security vulnerability, in which case the changes may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of 777pkr following notification of a change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the changes take effect.
